We aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. We will do our utmost to track your order until its delivery.

Shipping costs and any taxes due upon entry into your country are not included in the price.

Your order will be delivered to the address provided when placing the order. If you provide incorrect information, it is your responsibility.

We dispatch all domestic orders within 2 to 3 days, depending on your location. (Monday to Friday excluding holidays)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with all relevant shipping information.

Important: Please note that international shipments (outside of Peru) typically take 7 to 10 business days and may incur additional fees (such as taxes, duties and customs fees) once the shipment arrives in your country. We cannot predict these charges.

You are responsible for paying any additional charges that may arise once the order reaches your country. Contacting the customs authority, the postal office, and/or the courier service you have selected can help you understand the tax-free import threshold or calculate any potential additional fees.

The courier service will make two delivery attempts to the specified address. If these two attempts fail, your order will be returned to us. In that case, we reserve the right to charge or withhold any sums due to return shipping costs and/or administrative expenses.

If your package appears to be in poor condition or shows signs of damage upon arrival, contact us within 24 hours and we will liaise with the courier company to resolve any issues.

We are not liable for:

Delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination.

Any failure or delay due to force majeure (any act, event, omission, or accident beyond our reasonable control).

Actions of the courier companies used to deliver your products at any time; and loss of packages during international transport.

Any currency conversion or exchange rates that any bank may have when exchanging the currencies we offer to other currencies.
